The Simpsons On For Another Two Seasons

The SimpsonsFox has ordered two more seasons of the Simpsons. These next two seasons will make it the 18th and 19th seasons that the Simpsons have had on the air. It will also mark the 400th episode, according to a story on CNN.com.

The entire cast also has been locked-in for these new seasons.

As much as I love watching the Simpsons, the later seasons have really been no where as good as earlier seasons. I'm afraid two more seasons of the Simpsons will just end up running it to the ground.

Besides, what ever happened to that movie idea that was supposed to happen?

I totally agree, The Simpsons may go even further downhill in the next two seasons!

At least we have many of the earlier (and better) seasons on DVD!

That's why I download all my tv. watch what I want when I want with no commecials. Plan to get a 250gb or so external hdd and fill it with entire tv shows I like, create a giant playlist of all of it, and put it on random. If I don't like something, I'll just skip it. When I get bored of a series, I delete it and add a new series. It's the perfect system. :)

I also feel that The Simpsons, while it can still be funny, is slowly running into the ground. They are starting to repeat themselves and (I feel) running out of ideas. They need to finish up with the Simpsons and then bring back Futurama, that show was much funnier.
